I made an order to deliver to a friend, not yet received, but the experience I've received in just ordering has been amazing. If the food is half as good, then I'll be thrilled. Easy to order online, but I needed to make a change. Called and was greeted by probably the nicest automated message I've ever heard, then Raewyn answered the phone. She was helpful, patient, and just so nice to chat with. Amazing service and just made it easy for me
We have just decided to try Eat.
Mostly for convenience to put in the freezer if we know we'll be home late and can't be bothered cooking.
We ordered 8 large meals and 4 soups.
Being pensioners we decided to share each meal. Not hard to add some frozen veges so it goes a bit further.
I would highly recommend Eat. The food is 10/10, cannot fault it and it is very delicious. It arrived beautifully packaged in mint condition.

I just want to say thank you for the great meals you people send me. I have been buying them for a number of years and have never had one I did not like.
Really beautiful food... so much more like home cooked meals than other companies (and I've tried a few). It's reassuring when the ingredients are all things you could have in the pantry or fridge.
Prices on par if not cheaper than competitors. Generous servings. The best selection I've seen yet with rotating menus so you don't get bored. Much more flexible timing for orders others. A couple of my meals were left out in last delivery, but a quick email and they were sent out just like that. Ordered 5+5 for my Mum too...she's old school with food and she loves the meals. Can't fault these guys.
